Sussan is Group CEO for Aspire2 Ltd, one of the leading Private Tertiary Education groups in New Zealand. She has been in senior leadership roles for the past 25 years including Group CEO of MediaWorks Ltd, Managing Director of Radio Otago and CEO RadioWorks.

Experienced in both acquisitions and amalgamations she is passionate about building executive teams and company cultures. High focus on revenue generation and business transformation has seen her deliver increased top and bottom-line performance for her shareholders.

She is currently also appointed by Government to the board of Auckland University of Technology (AUT) where she is Pro-Chancellor and on the NZME board.
